how you can work with me

Person sitting on a gray couch reading a book, with a focus on a chapter titled "Four A's and Five Compassions: Some Healing Principles." The person has a large black oval ring on their finger and is wearing a bracelet, with sunlight casting shadows across the scene.

In-Person Sessions — £180

2 x 2 hour sessions in the comfort of your home. Relaxed, honest conversation alongside your chosen birth partner, exploring all the necessary topics to ensure you feel grounded & confident for your birth.

You can’t predict how birth will unfold, but there is so much power in feeling out your boundaries, unpacking your beliefs around your body & what we have culturally been led to believe about birth.

Having walked alongside many women preparing for birth at home, I know what it takes to take responsibility & birth autonomously. In these sessions we’ll explore your fears & apprehensions & build a strong foundation for your birthing day.
